Compensation and Bonus Package 68K-68K total comp including bonus!Amazing benefits, CEUs About the Organization and Position A well-known and respected non-profit in the St. Augustine area that helps children and adolescents in the foster care system is searching for an Adolescent Therapist to join their mobile team. Clients are aged 11-21 with a mental health disorder or co-occurring substance abuse issues. Therapy and wrap-around services are presented in an integrated service delivery approach that utilizes a team of individuals to comprehensively address the needs of the young person and their caregivers. An organization that invests in their employees and continues to set the bar for behavioral health standards of treatment.Flexible schedulesClinical Supervision will be provided Responsibilities Conduct risk assessments and coordinate/communicate with identified parties’ outcome and recommendations Maintain knowledge of involuntary psychiatric evaluation procedures Schedule and coordinate individual, and family therapy Maintain a list of community providers for referral services Follow up and report all progress to relevant parties Act as the primary therapist for up to 15 youth. Experience A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy disciplines, or Psychology A current FL LCSW, LMHC or LMFT preferred or registered intern Two years’ experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families in providing therapeutic mental health and/or substance use services A valid Florida driver’s license Powered by JazzHR
