What we are looking for: A driven and mission-focused IT Product Delivery Manager to oversee the successful strategy, development, deployment, and management of custom software Prison Ministry-related products for Prison Fellowship. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in managing large-scale IT projects from concept through completion. Expectations of this role: Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and create product requirement documents Create product roadmaps and lead product strategy and priority Create architecture, flow, and wireframe diagrams, as well as other system components Guide the product engineering team in strategic, architectural, and technical design and implementation of Prison Ministry Systems Develop and monitor timelines and deliverables Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional product teams and key stakeholders throughout project lifecycle Qualifications: 10+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in the successful development of complex IT systems Understanding of software development, database modeling, technology stack, software libraries, web content management, data integration architecture and data warehousing platforms Familiarity with LMS/SIS Ed-tech technology a plus Familiarity with Salesforce a plus Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative IT solutions Advanced communication, planning, and organizational skills This is a remote/work from home position in the US with a 5% travel component What we offer: A team oriented, mission driven, supportive environment with cutting edge technology solutions and tremendous opportunity for growth and development.
