Responsibilities:• Conduct key field surveys• Review drawings ahead of install date for job understanding and clarification ahead of time• Pack and load work-supplied vehicles with signage and supplies• Consult/interface with customers• Installation of monuments, pylons, channel letters, FCO letters vinyl graphics, neon & interior signage• Complete installation according to plans. If discrepancies exist, check in with the supervisor• Drilling and Wiring according to specifications• Troubleshoot in the field• Perform service inspections and repairs• Operating power tools such as drills, saws, jackhammers & post digger• Operating aerial equipment such as boom lift, scissor lift Qualifications: • Physically fit and good hand dexterity required• Valid driver’s license• We prefer if you have a high school diploma or GED• Heightened level of commitment to excellence in all things• Strong and professional oral and written communication skills• Critical thinking and decision-making skills• Strong knowledge of sign industry substrates, media, and products• Experience in Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding and stick welding• Ability to read graphic proofs, make accurate measurements, cut plastics and metals precisely, use basic tools, use a grinder, and use all other fabrication-related tools• Ability to install a variety of signs, install electrical components in signs, and mount channel letters, sign cabinets or raceways• Ability to paint signs• Must be flexible with working hours (early mornings, some weekends, and some long hours)• Valid Driver's License• Physically fit with good hand dexterity Compensation: $25 - $31 hourly About Company: Image360 is one of Las Vegas's fastest-growing sign companies.
