We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. This is a good stepping stone opportunity to become a listing agent: leads, listings, leverage. Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met• Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions• Real estate sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Master sales talk and scripts Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Real estate license required• Great communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams was built on a simple yet revolutionary principle: People are what matter most.
